Cancellation Policy

Renters are entitled to a full refund, less the RJB service fee, for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date. Renters are entitled to a 50% refund, less the RJB service fee, for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date. Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable. A 24-hour cancellation grace period is given to all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date. For all bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given. If a booking is cancelled during a grace period, a full refund including the RJB service fee will be granted.

Refundable Deposit

There is a $800 deposit for travel trailers, deposits are required when you make your reservation. The entire estimated rental fees are due at or before departure.

The deposit will be refunded 72 hours after the RV's return if no damages are reported. If damages are reported, it will lessen your deposit amount depending on the damages.

Roof Access Prohibited

No one is allowed on the roof of any RJB RV.

Ladders are for personnel to access the roof to

perform service. Customers are responsible for all roof damage and cleaning.

Delivery Details

Delivery is between the hours of 8am-3pm.

Customers must agree to be available during those times. If for any reason you show up after those hours there is a $25hr charge for every hour that the driver is waiting for the customer to arrive.

Rv Pickup

RJB pickup times are from 8am-11am, anytime after

12pm the customer will be charged $25hr. If for any reason you want to extend your rental please contact us immediately so we can make the proper adjustments to your invoice.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in any of our RVs. A minimum fee of $350.00 for cleaning/deodorizing applies. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, e-cigarettes, and campfire smoke.

Pets

NO PETS ALLOWED IN RVS

Walk-Thru

Customers must be available in person to do a walk-thru that explains the operation of the RV before the keys are handed over. If the customer declines walk-thru

then the customer takes full responsibility for the RV and any damages found to the RV

No Refund For Unused Time

No refund will be given for:

Early return of the rental vehicle.

The customer arrives late to pick up the RV or doesn't show up at all.
